Creative Spark is delighted to announce Linear Horizons, a new solo exhibition by Louth-based visual artist Ciara Agnew, taking place at the Creative Spark Downtown Hub.
Through richly textured carborundum prints and intimate handmade books containing miniature acrylic paintings, Ciara explores our complex relationship with the natural world – considering themes of landscape, human intervention, disruption and environmental change.
Rather than depicting specific places, her abstract landscapes invite us to look more closely at the traces we leave on the land and reflect on the beauty, resilience and vulnerability of the environments around us.
